Laboratories, Seattle, WA. Forensic consulting on crashworthiness, accident
reconstruction, failure analysis, product liability analysis, trucking
industry standards & practices, heavy equipment. Experience includes 500
accident reconstructions including 50 heavy truck accidents, 75
crashworthiness cases, 100 depositions & trial testimony on 75 occasions.
Casework & testimony in Washington, Oregon, California, Louisiana, Ohio,
South Dakota, Minnesota, Nevada, Utah, Texas, West Virginia, Florida, New
York, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska & British Columbia. Admitted on: Accident
reconstruction, human factors, automotive system service & failure
analysis, crashworthiness topics including rollover protection & injury
mechanisms for cars & light & heavy trucks. Casework includes seatbelts,
rollover protection, fires, ejection, airbags & numerous other
crashworthiness & accident reconstruction issues. Litigation experience
against Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda, Suzuki, Suburu, Volkswagen, Mercedes,
